Rewind is TimeNet Law's multi-step undo/redo system. It is not a simple one-step undo — it maintains a full history of your actions so you can step backward and forward through everything you've done.

Rewind is built into the standard macOS undo/redo system, so it works exactly the way you'd expect:
Each undo steps back one action at a time. Created a time entry by mistake? ⌘Z and it's gone.
Went too far? Redo steps forward if you undid too much. It reverses your undo.
That's it. Two keyboard shortcuts. Works across multiple actions in the same session — undo three entries in a row, or undo one and redo it immediately.
⌘Z is the same shortcut you use in every other Mac app. No new muscle memory required — if you can undo in Pages or Mail, you can undo in TimeNet Law.
Rewind covers actions from the two primary command surfaces in TimeNet Law 6:
Version 6.1 will expand Rewind coverage to every window in the app. For now, Launchpad and Launchbar cover the vast majority of daily actions — entries, expenses, and adjustments.

Rewind maintains a full history for your current session. Here's how it works:
Full persistent history with granular restore control via Launchbar is coming in version 6.1. That update will let you browse and selectively restore individual actions from previous sessions — a complete audit trail with restore capability.
If you're doing a batch of entries and want to keep your undo history available, don't quit TimeNet Law between sessions. Minimize it or hide it — your full history stays intact.
Rewind is especially powerful during end-of-day billing. Rapid-fire entries from voice or Quick Capture, undo any that don't look right, redo anything you changed your mind about. It's the safety net that lets you move at full speed.
Rewind pairs well with these features — together they make up the "work fast, stay accurate" toolkit:
