Configure print settings, paper sizes, and batch printing for invoices, reports, and documents. Print preview, PDF export, and AirPrint support for professional output.
When it is time to put ink on paper (or pixels in a PDF), TimeNet Law gives you full control over how your documents look. Paper sizes, margins, orientation, batch printing for entire billing cycles. Professional output, every time.
Access print settings from File → Print or ⌘ + P. TimeNet Law integrates with the macOS print system, which means you get access to every printer and output option your Mac supports.

Invoices are the most common thing you will print. TimeNet Law formats them based on your Invoice Architect template settings:
Navigate to the invoice you want to print from the Invoices window.
Use File → Print or ⌘ + P.
The print preview shows exactly what will come out. Check formatting, page breaks, and layout.
Change paper size, orientation, or margins from the print dialog.
Click Print to send to your printer, or use the macOS PDF button to save as a PDF file.
Use the macOS "Save as PDF" option in the print dialog to create PDF invoices for email delivery. This is the same output you get from the Email Invoices feature, just generated manually.

When you have finished a billing cycle and need to print dozens of invoices at once, batch printing saves hours:
In the Invoices window, select the invoices you want to print. Use ⌘ + click to select multiple, or ⌘ + A to select all.
Go to File → Batch Print or right-click and select Batch Print.
A summary shows how many invoices will print and the total page count.
Click Print. All invoices print sequentially with proper page breaks between each one.
Batch printing supports all the same paper and layout settings as individual printing. Each invoice starts on a new page.

Reports often need landscape orientation or adjusted margins to fit wide tables. TimeNet Law remembers your last-used print settings per report type, so you do not have to reconfigure each time.
Every printable document in TimeNet Law can be saved as a PDF through the macOS print system:
The PDF output is identical to what would print on paper. Fonts, formatting, and layout are all preserved. This is also how you can use AirPrint to print directly from your Mac to a wireless printer.
Create a dedicated folder for exported PDFs organized by billing cycle. When clients request historical invoices, you will have them ready instantly.
